The Scalp Relief Shampoo is the finall step, and is formulated to cleanse the scalp gently while addressing the root cause of seborrheic dermatitis symptoms. 1. Scalp Relief Oil
Apply the oil by tracing the nozzle along your scalp, parting hair into sections for thorough coverage. Gently massage the oil into the scalp.
2. C+ Eczema & Dermatitis Cream
Apply cream directly to the affected areas eg. dry patches & areas of irritation.
Use a small amount and spread thinly over the scalp.
Leave on for minimum one hour or overnight for deeper conditioning. 
3. Scalp Relief Shampoo
After leaving the Scalp Relief Oil and Scalp Relief Cream to absorb, rinse out with the Scalp Relief Shampoo. We recommend completing your shampoo routine twice, ensuring to massage and lather shampoo into scalp.

Use 2-3 times per week for best results.
