Sooth-it Gel

I like this product for soothing a rash of Lichen Planus that I suffer with on my upper back. It stops the irritation and itching, but it hasn't made it go away yet. I was a bit surprised when I opened the tube that it seemed only about half full. There was a lot of air in there. Is this normal?

Hi Margaret, thank you for your review. Some conditions take a bit longer to work as it depends on how long you have had the condition and what products you have used in the past. The Sooth it Gel is a 50g size, there can be internal space in the tube to account for product expansion from increased temperature while in transit which can cause the container to break or the product to leak out. Each tube is weighed before it is sent to ensure the correct weight! I hope this has helped! Shannon
