Begin by washing the skin with the Intensive Therapy Body Wash (a mild, fragrance free cleanser for sensitive skin).

After the shower, pat the skin dry and gently massage a few drops of Body & Bath Oil into the skin.

Allow this to absorb, and follow with Grahams Natural Psoriasis Cream.

Daily, take one dosage of the Mega Oil (in relation to the instructions on the bottle).

We recommend using these products twice daily for best results.
